INGREDIENTS
Champagne
Apollo Fermentations Kombucha
Orange Zest
DIRECTIONS
Fill bottom half of glass with kombucha.
Top off with champagne.
Garnish with fresh orange zest.
BOURBON BOOCH SMASH
RECOMMENDED KOMBUCHA
Cherry Vanilla Kombucha
Tangerine Vanilla Kombucha
Cream Soda Kombucha
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. whiskey
3 oz. Apollo Fermentations Kombucha
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
5 crushed mint leaves
Sliced fresh fruit
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except the kombucha in a shaker, blend vigorously and then double strain.
Muddle fresh fruit in glass then fill with crushed ice, pour shaker ingredients in.
Fill rest of glass with kombucha and stir gently.
CHILI PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
RECOMMENDED KOMBUCHA
Chili Pineapple Kombucha
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. of 100% blue agave tequila
4 oz. Apollo Fermentations Kombucha
3/4 oz. orange liquor
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. agave syrup
Recommended 10 oz. rocks glass
DIRECTIONS
Combine tequila, orange liquor, lime juice, and agave in a shaker and mix well.
Salt rim of glass with course sea salt.
Fill glass with ice and pour shaker over.
Top with kombucha.
Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
AIM TRUE OLD FASHIONED

Lemon Lime Kombucha

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. rye whiskey
1 oz. Apollo Fermentations Kombucha
1 sugar cube
Bitters
Lemon zest
Orange zest
Recommended 8 oz. highball glass
DIRECTIONS
In a separate glass add the whiskey, sugar cube, two dashes of bitters and ice. Gently stir for 20 seconds.
Transfer to highball glass and add large ice ball.
Add kombucha.
Squeeze fresh lemon and orange zest over the glass then add to liquid.
LAVENDER BLUEBERRY GIN FIZZ

Lavender Blueberry Kombucha
INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
2 oz. gin
3 oz. Apollo Fermentations Kombucha
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Lemon zest
Recommended 7 oz. coupe glass
DIRECTIONS
Fill glass half way with kombucha.
Add ice to shaker.
Add egg white, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and shake vigorously until frothy then pour over kombucha.
Garnish with lemon twist.
APOLLO APEROL SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Aperol
3 oz. Prosecco
2 oz. Apollo Fermentations Kombucha
Recommended 12 oz. wine glass
DIRECTIONS
Fill glass with ice.
Add Aperol, Prosecco, and kombucha.
Garnish with fresh orange wedge.
